Kot Erasmus

Le Kot Erasmus accueille et intègre les étudiants Erasmus tout au long de leur échange à Louvain-la-Neuve. De plus, nous visons à mélanger les Belges avec les Erasmus, et nous incitons les Belges à partir en échange. Le Kot Erasmus est composé de 16 étudiants : 9 internes (dont 4 étudiants Erasmus!) et 7 externes.
Pour répondre à nos missions, nous organisons plein d’évènements comme la Welcome Week en S0 (c’est-à-dire avant la rentrée), l’International Dinner, l’Erasmus Night, le Surprise Dinner, le Kotinder, l’Erasmus Fair, le Farewell Gala… et bien plus encore ! Nous sommes toujours partants pour de nouveaux défis (tenir une petite casa, un bar aux 24h, etc.).
Le Kot Erasmus est un projet plein de sens avec une véritable utilité (nous intégrons environ 150 Erasmus chaque quadri à LLN !). Nos activités permettent de découvrir énormément de cultures différentes, de nouer des amitiés pour la vie et de créer une communauté Erasmus hyper familiale.

The Kot Erasmus welcomes and integrates Erasmus students throughout their exchange in Louvain-la-Neuve. Moreover, we aim to mix the Belgians with the Erasmus students, and we encourage the Belgians to go on exchange. The Kot Erasmus is composed of 16 students: 9 interns (including 4 Erasmus students!) and 7 externs.
To complete our missions, we organize many events such as the Welcome Week in S0 (before the start of the school year), the International Dinner, the Erasmus Night, the Surprise Dinner, the Kotinder, the Erasmus Fair, the Farewell Gala… and much more! We are always up for new challenges (running a Petite casa, a bar in the 24h bike, etc.).
The Kot Erasmus is a project full of meaning with a real usefulness (we integrate about 150 Erasmus each semester at LLN!). Our activities allow to discover a lot of different cultures, to form friendships for life and to create a warm familiar Erasmus community.

Events
Make people meet by having a party every night at Kot Erasmus or at Le Post’. On top of that we temporarily host the Erasmus students in our dorms, supporting them while they’re looking for a kot.
You need pans, forks, knifes, a few cups, sheets or whatever ? Come have a glance at Kot Erasmus!
Your Erasmus adventure is ending, and you don’t know what to do with all these bowls, cups, plates, pillows, etc that you can’t bring back with you ? Come to Kot Erasmus !
We rent a place called La Ratatouille where people (Belgians AND Erasmus) cook and share special dishes. On top of having a full belly, you also can enjoy good vibes like music and beers !
In order to make meet people, we organize our Surprise Dinner! If you like mysterious dates, you should sign up once!
Pay attention to your phone, you might receive at any moment the time and the place to be tonight !
Big party to promote the cultures of the Erasmus we have in the team !
This event aims to incite Belgians to go on an exchange. We invite students who already left on Erasmus, they hold a stand per country and answer students’ question about their destination.
We match Belgian and Erasmus students according to their preferences and send them sharing a drink (or two) in a random bar in LLN.
Collab with Babbelkot. We organize a table of conversation in S1 to allow the Erasmus to meet new people in a chill environnement.
